Advanced Parent Management Training
This in-depth training in Kazdin PMT skills 7-12 is to be taken after the Basic Training.
Participants will learn:
*Effective Reprimands for those behaviors that aren't aggressive but need to STOP!
*Low-Rate punishment for behavior that doesn't happen often but is severe in nature.
*Compromising/Negotiating effectively with a preteen or teen.
*How to use the PMT skills during your session to increase parent use of the PMT skills!
*Why role-playing is so important.
*Strategies to deal with road blocks and difficult questions from caregivers like: "Why do I have to reward when they SHOULD behave??" or the parent who doesn't use the chart.
*How to take a challenging case and break it down skill by skill. This will be done using the clinics most difficult case studies.

Recorded Advanced PMT Training
You will learn advanced techniques to change even the most challenging behavior and how to be an effective PMT therapist. You will have access via a special link to a previously recorded Advanced PMT Training. This allows you to watch the training at your leisure, rewind at will, and watch multiple times for up to six months. After you view the trainings we are happy to schedule a session for you to meet one-on-one with a Certified Trainer to discuss case questions and material presented.
